Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

All servers provided by GetQuickDesk are registered under the personal legal identity and payment credentials of the service owner. Any illegal, malicious, or abusive use of these resources is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

1. Service Description

GetQuickDesk provides on-demand access to cloud-hosted desktop environments including macOS (Apple Silicon via Scaleway), Linux (Ubuntu via Hetzner Cloud), and VPN services. Resources are provisioned in real time and billed hourly or daily.

2. Prohibited Uses — Zero Tolerance

By creating an account, you agree that you will NOT use any server, VM, or VPN for:

  • 🚫 Hacking, unauthorized access, or penetration testing of systems you do not own
  • 🚫 Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software
  • 🚫 Sending spam, phishing emails, or conducting social engineering attacks
  • 🚫 DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network flooding of any kind
  • 🚫 Cryptocurrency mining or unauthorized resource-intensive automation
  • 🚫 Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — immediate law enforcement referral
  • 🚫 Piracy, copyright infringement, or unauthorized distribution of protected content
  • 🚫 Fraud, identity theft, carding, or any financial crimes
  • 🚫 Any activity that violates local, national, or international law
  • 🚫 Reselling or subletting provided resources to third parties without permission

3. Account Identity

You must provide accurate registration information. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. GetQuickDesk reserves the right to verify identity. Fraudulent account creation is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

4. Infrastructure & Legal Liability

All cloud infrastructure is provisioned under the legal identity and credentials of GetQuickDesk. As a result:

  • You are fully and solely responsible for all actions during your session
  • Any legal liability arising from your use falls entirely on you
  • GetQuickDesk will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations
  • We retain logs sufficient to identify abusers: IP addresses, session IDs, payment records

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor resource usage and network activity for abuse. Violations result in: immediate session termination without refund, permanent account ban, reporting to cloud provider abuse teams, and/or referral to law enforcement.

6. Data & Privacy

Sessions are ephemeral — all data is deleted at expiry. We store email, payment records (Stripe), and session metadata for billing and security. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued automatically if provisioning fails. No refunds for policy violation terminations. Session time is non-refundable once the machine is accessible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Cloud infrastructure is registered under US-based credentials. By using this service, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction most appropriate to the nature of the violation.
